All literature orders must be submitted before the quarterly TVCC meeting and picked up at the quarterly TVCC meeting.
IMPORTANT: Only literature that has been pre-ordered will be available at the TVCC meeting.

1. Click to download the automated literature order form above. When filling out the automated form, your totals will be automatically calculated for you.
2. E-mail the form as an Excel or PDF attachment to literature@coda-tvcc.org, no later than 72 hours before the next TVCC meeting.
3. Print the form out in duplicate and bring the form to the next TVCC meeting with payment (cash or check made payable to "TVCC").
